After their first meeting in 1982 Ton van Andel, avionics officer, and Martin Leeuwis, fighter pilot, have worked together. They specialized in converting their aeronautical Air Force experiences into aviation humour with the brilliant cartoons from Ton van Andel together with various anecdotes.
Their first book "Say again" was a worldwide success (now 10th printing) and it was followed by several more books. All books received excellent reviews around the world and remain available. As both have retired from the Royal Netherlands Air Force, Ton to become even busier then before and Martin to fly as captain for KLM, the jokes in the books are slowly becoming more oriented towards civil aviation.
